Important: By renting a vehicle from One Stop Auto Rentals, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully.
Renter must present a valid driver's license and identification. Only the renter is authorized to drive the vehicle unless otherwise approved. Unauthorized drivers will result in penalties and possible termination of the rental without refund.
The rental period begins and ends at the agreed date and time. Late returns will incur a fee of EC$30 per hour unless prior arrangements are made.
A refundable security deposit is required. The deposit will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the vehicle. Any damages, excessive dirt, or policy violations will be deducted.
The vehicle must not be used for illegal purposes, racing, or reckless driving. Speeding is strictly prohibited. The company reserves the right to use GPS tracking for monitoring vehicle usage.
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided. Failure to do so will result in a refueling fee of EC$100.
A cleaning fee of EC$100 will be charged if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.
The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. The renter must cover repair costs, including downtime while the vehicle is out of service.
In case of an accident, the renter must immediately notify Onestop Auto Rentals and local authorities. Failure to report may result in full liability.
The renter is responsible for the deductible in case of damage. Insurance coverage does not eliminate responsibility for negligence or violations.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Violations will result in a cleaning and penalty fee.
The vehicle must be returned on time and in the same condition as received. Late returns or damage will incur additional charges.
By renting the vehicle, the renter agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
